Story-in-line

The Story-in-line resembles the “Free Improv with switch”, in their toss game type. In both
games the players receive a handicap (see handicaps below). If a player does not adhere to the
given rules or if they hesitate or say “uhm” they are out. The audience then yells: ‘Dead!’ The
team that remains longest wins and can start.
In “Story-in-line” all eight players are in a line. These are pointed at in random order. If a player
is out they have to sit down (or have a brief suicide scene and stay laying on the ground).

Handicap 1. Alphabetically. The first sentence starts with an A. The next player then starts their
text with a B etc. After the Z you can continue again with the A, if it gets that far.

Handicap 2. Rhyming. You have to rhyme with the sentences the other gives you.

Handicap 3. With a letter change. A letter that occurs (quite) frequently is replaced by another
letter. Pay attention that a vowel is replaced with a vowel and a consonant is replaced with a
consonant.

Handicap 4. With a forbidden letter or word. A consonant that occurs (quite) frequently or a word
that occurs frequently can not be used in the text of the players.
