All players sit in a circle. Each player mimes that they have a ball in their hand the size of a ping
pong ball. This ball is covered in blue paint. The goal is to, with this ball, paint the whole body
blue from the inside. Each player puts the ball in their head through their crown and then turns
their head to have the ball get everywhere. Then the ball goes to the neck, shoulders, arms,
breast, and so on downwards until they leave through a pinky toe. Try as a player to really
imagine the ball being in your body.
