The players (often both teams together) create a kind of bus on the stage using chairs. The bus driver sits in front. They drive. A player hails the bus and enters. At the moment that the player enters the bus, the whole bus takes over the emotion, tic, or character trait of this player. This repeats until all players are on the bus.
