At the centre of the stage a square area is marked by four objects (e.g. chairs or coats) or chalk lines/tape on the corners. All players walk through the space. When the leader claps their hands all players freeze and the players that are in the marked square have to immediately play a scene. It can happen that you are in the area on your own and that you have to play a solo, but it is also possible that you are there, crammed together, with six people. Do not make the area too big and make sure that everyone gets a turn.
