Dating show

(Op Goed Geluk)

Do you remember the show “Op Goed Geluk”? The one with Carry Tefsen (originally, later on a guy presented it) and a fan behind which the ladies or gentlemen were placed so the candidate could not see them? If yes, or no, the dating show…

This game is played with four or five players. One player is the candidate who is looking for a date: they are sitting front stage, facing the audience. The three dates take place on chairs behind the candidate, also facing the audience. The three dates ask the audience beforehand who or what they are (for example a bungee jumper, an Indian, a transvestite, a disabled bunny, Irene Moors, et cetera). The candidate can then, without seeing the dates, ask them questions. The dates hint in their answer, and in their reactions to each other, to who or what they are. The candidate decides after a bit of time if they want to go on a date with someone, and why.

If there are more than four players, the fifth player can become a showmaster, keeping up the pace in the game.

Musical variation: The candidates get a musical style and sing their answers.

As seen in “de Lama’s”.
